I spent 25 years inside the operations most consultants only write about. At Spark Networks, the parent of JDate and Christian Mingle, I built the support operation Forbes featured in May 2006, running 3 round-the-clock call centers across the United States, Israel, and Sri Lanka. I lived in Israel to build the office infrastructure myself. That arc ran from $0 to $250M.

As CEO and COO of ShopLadder, I scaled the business to $26M with a Forbes-recognized contact center. I have led teams of more than 400 people and operated inside a $4B organization.
